If your new year’s resolution list includes getting healthy or having a healthier more satisfying relationship then these resolutions are for you! Don’t forget that having sex can actually be great for your health, for more reasons than just the calories you burn.
Get to Know Yourself

Explore yourself both physically and emotionally. Learn how you like to be touched as well as how you like to be treated. Find what turns you on the most, as well as what makes you feel loved and desired.
Get to Know Your Partner

The same way that you explored yourself, figure out what works and doesn’t work for them. This means emotionally as well as physically also. Learn how to kiss them touch them and make them feel loved and wanted. Make sure you strive to add some of those things into your daily life. A simple complement each day can go a long way to enhancing the mood between you and your partner.
Show and Tell
Open a dialogue with your partner if you do like something you haven’t done with them. Tell each other a few of your fantasies. Show them pictures, videos, or literature to make sure they really understand if it’s a bit more unorthodox. Bonus points if you find out that you both have a similar fantasy and can make it come true for each other.
Shake it up

Trying different things doesn’t always have to be to an extreme. Sometimes a simple change, like having sex with your clothes on can provide so many new sensations and experiences that you may find you prefer it. Think back to when a hand sliding to your top made your stomach flip, you haven’t lost those feelings chances are you just never indulge them anymore. If you usually have sex in the dark, try turning on the lights. You would be surprised at how much a small change can reinvigorate your sex life.
