If you were under the impression that squirting is something only seen in porn, while you are not alone, you are wrong. For some women squirting just comes naturally, however most have had to work at it. If you don’t want to just take our word for it you can check out this Q & A of it reviewed by the medical professionals of the ISSM’s Communication Committee. First things first, squirting is NOT the same as peeing. The fluid is a combination of urea, uric acid, and creatinine released by the Skene’s gland, which sits at the lower end of the urethra. If you are ready to find out what all the fuss is about, we have some tips to try to achieve your ejaculation goals.
Step 1 – Prep
Preparation is important for successfully squirting. You should prep both your bed and yourself. Laying a towel down is a good starting point if you don’t have a waterproof mattress cover. Remember you are actively trying to get extra messy and no one wants to have to do an in-depth clean after mind blowing sex. After you’ve prepared your space, its time to prep yourself. Reduce all your stresses, if talking during sex pulls your focus then for this session skip it. You want to completely lose yourself over to pleasure, so prepare your mind and get all the way into the mood.
Step 2 – Stimulation

Make foreplay your main focus first. Start by stimulating your clitoris, as it’ll help bring blood into the area and get your G-spot area ready for play. Once your blood, and other fluids, are pumping it’s time to move onto direct G-spot stimulation. Insert your middle and ring finger a couple of inches inside the vagina and rub your G-spot, which feels like a small ridged area along the front of your vaginal wall. To improve your odds of squirting, relax the pelvic floor muscles as you stimulate the G-spot. Spend a significant amount of time just directly stimulating your g-spot.
Step 3 – All in
Once you are feeling close to falling over the edge its safe to move to full on penetration, however you should still have your partner try to thrust directed to your g-spot and add some clitoral stimulation to the penetration. Remember your goal is to make a mess so don’t hold yourself back. A lot of women feel like they’re going to pee when they’re close to reaching an O. But that “gotta go” feeling is often sparked by that fluid coming from the Skene’s glands behind the G-spot, so don’t shut it down.
Just relax, enjoy the sensations, and if it happens, it happens. If it doesn’t don’t worry, there’s no reason you can’t try again as often as you’d like!
