Summer is drawing to an end. If you are still racking your brain for something new to do for vacation this year, we have got some great Museums for you to check out. Don’t worry these aren’t your regular museums, were counting down the World’s kinkiest Museums.
Sex Machines Museum – Prague Czech Republic
For a more hands on approach the Sex Machines Museum in old town Prague is a great, and also super affordable option. It is a bit smaller since it specializes in only sex machines. It has around 200 items on exhibit. This exhibit includes a range of sex machines. Everything from machines that encourage sex to opposite ones that were designed to prevent it.
Venustempel (the temple of Venus) – Amsterdam
Oh Amsterdam, how many more reasons to love you can you possibly have? This is the World’s oldest sex museum,and is located right in the center of Amsterdam. The Temple of Venus is closer to the traditional idea of a museum. It has three floors full of pictures, recordings, photos, paintings and artifacts that allow visitors to explore the evolution of human sexuality throughout the ages. Due to the content of the Venustempel, visitors must be at least 16 years old to enter.
Museum of Sex (MoSex) – New York
While the MoSex is not one of the oldest, or largest in the world, it is certainly the most fun. Even the New York Times has given its seal of approval saying it is “A mixture of vulgarity, playfulness, inventiveness, crudity, childishness and mischievous provocation.” The Museum of Sex is essentially an adult playground, complete with a boob bounce house. You will immerse yourself in sexual knowledge and the museum engages your entire body in numerous exhibits during your visit. However some exhibits do have an additional admission charge.
