She's very good. I don't know if it's because she was tired, but she seemed to be in other words. The only way to describe it is she's very very good but if she's tired or not that into it at the time, then you may get a different experience in your phone call. I had connection issues on my end (dropped calls) and Krystal was incredibly kind in picking up right where I left off. I think that in and of itself is awesome.
