She was awesome!

I have become weary of the offerings on this side, so I was flipping through many, many pages and near the end I find a diamond in the rough: BRATTY EMILY! The "Bratty" part of Emily's name is completely optional as I did not experience anything remotely close to "bratty"! But this option is there if you so desire! What I experienced in my call was a person who is serious about delivering a fantastic experience for their client. I experienced a woman that knows her art and knows it well! There's something about reading the conversation and understanding where to take it. Next is she has this sixth sense and understands how to navigate the conversation, and in essence, control the conversation for the betterment of the client. For our call, it could have had one peek in one valley, and that's that, or it could have had many facets that were simply there to me milk time. PUT THIS CALL, HAVE THE EXCITEMENT. ADD THE SUBJECT MATTER AND ALL OF THE OTHER IMPORTANT FACTORS IN LINE BECAUSE IT WAS JUST A GREAT CALL ALL THE WAY AROUND. I NEVER FELT ANY NEGATIVITY, NOTHING BUT GREATNESS. WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY? Perfection! The company needs to seriously consider the fact that Bratty Emily is almost impossible to find. There are many, many other phone operators. That should be in the very back of the offerings, and emily should definitely be in the very front because she is an absolute asset and fantastic at what she does. To have her in the back of the line or hardly anybody looks because she is way back there. Is not fair. She works as smart and efficient as she can.To ensure total satisfaction. So unless there is some sort of union situation the company should make the obvious and most intelligent move by moving emmy to the front of the line so she can be seen and heard, because once that happens, she will be the star of the website, this I can guarantee! .

Fantastic imagination

Was good. Will likely call again. She is sweet, real and experienced. But call got cut off, and we were not quite where I hoped the call would lead. Dissatisfied for that.
