I called (first time calling this talker) - from the get go, the connection was bad - hard to hear her and when I was able to hear her, it sounded like she was talking with a heavy accent - may have just been the bad connection. I tried to tell her that there Wass a bad connection - she kept talking and I finally said I would have to call her back another time and I hung ups.
