I talked to her a long time ago and things are unfortunately have gotten worse. First she kept saying I'm falling asleep and I told her not once not twice but three times until I finally said miss I'm not falling asleep quit saying that and then she stopped, but it should never made it that far. That's another minute. Another minute another minute that's not right that's draining somebody's money and wasting somebody's money. You called up for a service. Give people that service.
