Normally I NEVER leave a bad review. Even if the call isn't great but she is trying, I still give a good review then move on. But I am leaving this because of the callers response. I placed a bill minute package call.2 mins in the talker disconnected. I messsged her, and her response was "I had phone issues and got disconnected, you are welcome to call again". No hey, my apologies my I had an issue, what can I do. Not a suggestion to reach Cust Serv. no, only a prompt to call again. Be careful with this one guys.. just saying.
