First time I have called this lovely lady and unfortunately there were "technical problems". the first time we were connected, I answered and she said "hi" and then suddenly we were disconnected. I called again - (I saw that she had immediately sent a message asking me to call back. I did and the same thing happened - she again messaged me that she did not know what was going on.
