I really was looking forward to talking to this Tucker. For some technical reason, my phone rang, but I was unable to connect. I texted her right away and said please hang up and I'll call you back. Instead, she stayed on the phone for five minutes, by herself, knowing I was trying to connect but couldn't. Complete rip off. Buyer beware.
