
I happen to own a professional dj entertainment company, and before I Perform I always do a sound check. I make sure you know there's no buzzing from the speakers and make sure the mic sounds good. I make sure that everything is in check so I can They can receive a showing no less Than 100% spectacular. The reason I bring this up is because there was a constant beeping in the background. This should've been addressed even before she called him into the service. To pretend it's not there it's just ridiculous. It's that loud and annoying and may not even be our fault but she said she thought it was the fan. I said to her, maybe you should've invested an air conditioner and shut off the fan. She laughed and shut off the fan and the noise was still there and then she says to me you're still hear the noise? That's why I hung up because you know damn well the noise is still there you know damn well it's loud you know damn well it's annoying. I'm showing out the first gotta tell her that no the last but it's not right that one you have to pay for services where you can't even concentrate because of Loud noise in the background that's squeaking that's so annoying and frustrating and totally takes away from the mood…. So I can't say it's necessarily her fault, but I believe she bears some responsibility
