We had a communication errors at least I thought, so I wrote to her giving specific information how I like the call, even gave her a small token of appreciation "bonus" for just being nice she totally was not engaged, rambled other things, stayed silent, just milking the clock, I had called 3 times and gave her 1 more chance and still didn't do anything I asked,waste of time and money, I wish you well!
