Am I being poorly rated because you didn't answer or connect to the THIRD call that day? Would like to clarify. We shouldn't be given poor ratings for phone issues, as we aren't in control of that. Looks like you had another complaint/bad review that the Talker hung up. Please don't assume we hung up on you. You can always check the site to see who disconnected or DM us to check. Most of us don't hang up first. That would be silly. We lose money. Happy Holidays.
